1. Ownership & Copyright
The Song: Upon full payment, you (the Client) receive a license for personal use (weddings, gifts, social media). I (the Creator) retain the underlying copyright and the right to include the song in my professional portfolio unless a "Private Commission" buyout is requested.
Commercial Use: These packages are for personal use only. For commercial licensing (TV, Ads, Streaming), please contact me for a custom quote.
2. Privacy & Personal Stories
Confidentiality: I treat your stories, names, and memories with the utmost respect. They are used solely to draft your lyrics and are never shared with third parties.
Anonymity: If I use a snippet of your song for my portfolio, I will change specific names or dates to protect your privacy unless you give express permission to keep them.
3. The Creative Process
Revisions: "Harmony" and "Symphony" packages include the specified number of revisions. Revisions apply to lyrical tweaks or minor melodic adjustments. Complete genre or story changes after the song is finished will require an additional fee.
Delivery: Digital files (MP3/WAV) will be delivered via a secure link to the email provided in your form.
4. Refunds
Due to the highly personalized nature of custom music, refunds cannot be issued once the composition process has begun. If you are unsatisfied, I am committed to using the included revision rounds to make it right.
